Job Description

Responsibilities;
  • Develop & implement HR strategies and initials aligned with the overall company business strategy , Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands , manage employee grievances , conduct necessary disciplinary actions 
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process , including sourcing , screening , interviewing and onboarding new employee 
  • Oversee employee performance management process , including performance review , goal setting and development plans  for staff 
  • Develop and monitor overall HR policies , systems , tactics & procedures across the organization 
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management 
  • Nurture a positive working environment by promoting company culture , value , & employees engagement initiatives 
  • Strong leadership & managerial skills to oversee the HR department & work with all employee within the company 
Requirements ;
  • A bachelor`s degree in human resources management or equivalent 
  • Holding an MBA in Human Resources Management will be an added qualification 
  • Age should be below 50 years 
  • Minimum 15 year`s experience , including at least 05 years in a senior management capacity in HR within a reputed organization 
  • Relevant experience in manufacturing industry and experience in factory environment is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of HR system and databases 
  • Excellent communication in both Sinhala & English languages and speaking and writing in Tamil language 
  • Positive work attitude with result – oriented mind set 
  • Residing in and around Colombo , Colombo suburbs and Gampaha areas are encouraged to apply
