Job Description

Key Accountabilities;
  • Lead the team/s towards operational excellence while performing the client contract 
  • Articulate operational strategies and budgets 
  • Ensure safety and high – quality work environment 
  • Initiate process improvement to improve efficiency and service levels 
  • Ensure the accuracy of inventory and assets by implementing relevant processes and controls 
  • Assist in building and developing organizational talent 
  • Attend to all customers requirements and ensure optimum customer satisfaction 
Experience , qualifications and other requirements ;
  • 03 – 06 years experience in a Warehousing and distribution environment 
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management 
  • Concept knowledge in ERP or inventory Management systems 
  • Effective communication skills in both English & Sinhala , and excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills with sound computer literacy 
  • Having an MBA will be an added advantage
