Senior Executive – Warehouse Operations.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities; 

• Overall coordination of warehouse activities 
• Manage the key accounts within the stipulated processes and cost models 
• Conduct supplier evaluations and monitor progress to improve service standards 
• Reconcile inventories and carry out cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels 
• Attend to all customer requirements and ensure optimum customer satisfaction 
• Manage outsourced staff in liaison with the administration department 
• Initiate process improvement in order to improve efficiency and service levels 
• Ensure safety and quality compliance 

Experience , qualifications and other requirements ;

• Minimum 3 passes at the GCE A/L exam with a distinction pass in Mathematics at the GCE O/L 
• Bachelor`s Degree in Logistics and Supply chain Management 
• Minimum of 03 years of experience in similar post , preferably in the warehousing and distribution industry 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks 
• Previous experience in ERP system (SAP) will be added advantage
