Job Description

We are long established public quoted company and a premier manufacturer of high quality aluminium extrusions used for architectural and other applications. In Sri Lanka our group activities range from manufacturing building material including builders hardware systems, hardware accessories and MDF boards 

We are expending our dealer sales network and are seeking to fill the position of Field Sales Manager in our Company;

       We are seeking a dynamic result driven experienced professionals to manage and supervise our area Sales Managers and Sales Executives across the island, If you are ready to make a significant impact and lead with excellence, We want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities;

• • Lead and manage island – wide dealer operations 
  • Drive revenue growth through dealer business development 
  • Oversee and manage regional sales teams to achieve targets 

Qualifications & Experience;

• 10 -15 years of proven experience in distribution sales, with a focus on the hardware sector (cement, paint, steel, etc…..) 
• Strong network & familiarity with hardware dealers 
• Exceptional leadership, verbal and written communication skills 
• Results-oriented, with track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals 
• Ideal age; 40-45 years
