• Having a valid certificate in Technicians or A/C fitting field  from a Government or private institute (NVQ Level 4)
• Having experience in similar field is an added advantage
• Having experience minimum 05 – 10 years in Building construction and Electrical services 

Should having a valid Motor bike ridding license will be an added advantage
