Job Description

Key Responsibilities;
  • Manage & execute the HR Stratergy and core areas of HR 
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations 
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work-place culture 
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee the HR department and work with all employees within the company 
  • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals 
  • Payroll handling
Requirements & Qualifications;
  • Bachelor`s degree in Human resources management 
  • Maximum 05 years experience in a similar role 
  • Proficiency in handling HRIS 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills
