Job Profile;
- Implementation and management of strategic aspects of the HR functions including recruitment and selection , motivation , talent management , training & development , remuneration and succession
- Manage industrial relations and dispute resolution matters
Candidate Profile;
- Degree in Administration / Management or professional qualification in HRM from a recognized university or institute
- Minimum 05 years of experience in overall HR functions
