Job Profile;

• • We are looking for a recently graduated Electrical / Mechanical engineering professional who combines knowledge of engineering principles with expertise in  management & leadership skills , Selected candidates are  trained for developing , enhancing & delivering their technical, managerial, and leadership skills into engineering context

Job Requirements;

• Must have a Bachelor`s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering familiarized with core engineering principals and practices 
• Proficiency in Engineering software and tools relevant to the Project Management (e.g . CAD software , AutoCAD , SolidWorks, MS Project etc..)
• Ability to apply engineering principles to solve real-world problems 
• Should demonstrate  excellent leadership , analytical and problem – solving , interpersonal , and communication skills in Sinhala & English 
• Should be target and team – oriented
