Job Profile;
We are looking for a Production / Electrical / Mechanical Supervisors in their relevant fields to pay a critical role in Supervising and managing our manufacturing plants, They oversees a team of technical crew on the process floor , ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently , safety and according to technical specifications. The responsibilities and requirements for a supervisor in these fields are similar but tailored to the requirements of the industry
Job Requirements;
- Should have a Vocational / Technical certificate at the level of NVQ Level 04 or above with minimum 03 years of hands-on experience in maintenance , troubleshooting , assembly , repair and installation of mechanical systems and machinery
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance , diagnose issues and execute repairs to minimize downtime
- Strong knowledge of machine tools welding , machining and precision equipment / electrical systems
- Deep understanding of safety regulations and best practices in production / electrical / mechanical work environment
- Proven ability to lead , supervise & motivate the team of technicians or workers
- IT knowledge and communication skills in English will be added advantage
- Work will be on shift basis for the selected candidates
