Regional Sales Manager – (Central , Uva , Northern & Eastern Provinces).

Job Description

Responsibilities;

• To be an inspired leader in taking electric motorcycles to the provinces, not just promoting this cutting – edge wonder but also helping inspired people to more empowered life 
• Develop & implement regional development plans aligned with the organizational vision of creating shared value 
• To promote electric motorbikes with dealers , appointing and managing new dealers 
• Analysis of sales data and ground knowledge to identify trends , opportunities and challenging in the designed region 
• Managing Sales /after – sales team in the region and executing promotion campaigns and Group sales 

Requirements;

• An inspirational / leader with a full / part qualification in Sales / Marketing 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market trends 
• Experience in the automobile industry would be an added advantage 
• Minimum 02 – 03 years experience in Sales & Marketing 
• Fluency in all three languages (Sinhala / Tamil / English ) as relevant to the region 
• Excellent leadership , negotiable and communication skills 
• Age below 45 years
