Key Responsibilities;
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers to expand our market share
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance broker – driven sales
- Oversee the recruitment , training , and performance management of brokers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of broker – related initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
Qualifications;
- 05 years of experience in the insurance industry , with at least 02 years in a managerial role
- Proven ability to manage and grow broker relationships
- Strong leadership and communication and negotiation skills
- In – depth knowledge in Broker business
