Duties & Responsibilities;
  • Supervise and manage Hero sales dealers in the attached area 
  • Achieving monthly sales targets 
  • Development of dealer expansion within the given areas 
  • Conducting outdoor activities and promoting the brand in relevant areas 
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with dealers 
  • Maintaining good relationships with stakeholders 
  • Managing stock and adhering to company stock policies 
  • Capability to conduct through market analyze to identify opportunities , understand competitor activities and to develop strategies to enhance  market share 
  • Handle inventory and debt collection for respective sales 
Requirements;
  • Should have successfully completed GCE A/Ls 
  • Previous experience in the motorcycle industry is an added advantage 
  • Must have a valid ridding and driving license 
  • Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Should have a minimum 03 years of experience in sales 
    • Location ; All Island
