Key Responsibilities;
- Create and implement marketing and sales plans to boost growth and meet revenue goals
- Lead and guide sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and improve performance

- Build strong relationships with distributors , farms and retailers to grow customer loyalty
Applicant Profile;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and sales , with at least 05 years in a leadership role within the agricultural or related industry
- A bachelor`s degree in marketing , Business Administration , Agriculture , or a related field is preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- In – depth knowledge of agricultural markets , products , and customer needs
