Key Responsibilities;
- Execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors , retailers and key clients
- Conduct market visit to identify opportunities and gather customer feedback
- Assist in organization and executing retail campaigns and promotional activities
- Monitor competitor activities and reports finding to senior management
Applicant Profile;
- Minimum of 03 – 05 years of experience in sales within the fertilizer industry
- A bachelor`s degree in Agricultural , Business , Marketing or a related field will be an added advantages
- Strong networking skills and ability to build lasting business relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within in designed region
