The Role;

• We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead operations at the Pinnacle Ella. This is a senior leadership position responsible for delivering an exceptional guest journey ensuring operational excellence , and cultivating a high – performing , service – oriented team, You will oversee every aspect of the property – from guest services , dining and staffing to market expansion and budget , You will work closely with the management , department heads and the marketing team to ensure the highest standards are consistently met………..

Your Profile;

• • 05+ years as a hotel manager or in a relevant role (ideally in boutique or luxury hotels) 
  • A degree in hospitality , business or a related field is plus 
  • A good command of the English language , both written and verbal 
  • Must be able to maintain proper licensing and regulatory compliance 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills 
  • Experience managing operations , budget and guest satisfaction 
  • Problem – Solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
