Academic & Skill profile;
  • 10 years experience in the Cooperate sector industrial administrative scope with a relevant master degree and professional  qualifications 
  • High standards of knowledge , skills  and competency in disciplinary management procedure and Labor Laws 
  • High standards of PR skills and ability to deal effectively with outside organizations 
  • Knowledge and experience in environment management , sustainability and ISO standards 
  • Fluency in English and Sinhala written and verbal communication , computer literacy and secretarial work 
  • Experience of an unionized working setup will be an added advantage 
  • Priority will be given to candidates who reside in and around Matale Areas
