Academic & Skill profile;
- Passed GCE A/L in any stream
- Successfully completed DPHRM (CIPM) or similar qualification
- Excellent Command of English
- 05 years or more experience in the HR field
- Outgoing and pleasing personality , good communication skills and PR skills
- Computer literate and ability in MS Office application in Excel , Word and PowerPoint with word processing in English and Sinhala languages
- A trainable person with positive attitude and characters with expectations for systemic career growth at Noritake
- Priority will be given to candidate who reside in and around Matale areas
