Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. This role will be responsible for ensuring  high levels  of customer satisfaction , maintaining service standards and driving operational efficiency , The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management , excellent leadership skills , and a commitment to continuous improvement………
Requirement;
  • Suitable academic qualifications related to electrical / mechanical background (NVQ 6 & above)
  • Minimum 03 – 04 year work experience in a similar capacity , with hands – on experience in handling inventory and managing a showroom as preferred 
  • Exceptional interpersonal , customer service , problem solving and conflict resolution skills 
  • Financial and budget management skills 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Computer literacy and proficiency 
  • Being a resident of Negombo or adjoining areas is preferred
