Bank of Ceylon invites qualities values in public practice to serve in its valuation Review Panel for a period of 02 , which is the highest reviewing authority of valuation carried out for the Bank………….
- Duties….
- Advise the Bank in valuation affairs and matters related to the Bank`s panel of Valuers
- Review valuation reports referred to the review panel by the Bank on immovable and movable properties related to credit facilities
- Review valuation involving leasehold and condominium properties
- Evaluation of the suitability of the applicants to be appointed to the Bank`s Panel of Valuers
- Review valuations pertaining to properties to be acquired / sold by the bank
- Review Rental Valuation of Building to be rented out by the bank
- Review revaluation of Bank assets and to carry out other related service of valuation Review Panel
Key Requirements……
- Fellow member of the institute of Valuers of Sri Lanka (IVSL) or Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (RICS) & Retired government valuer who has worked in the capacity of a Senior Valuer or Higher Grade in the Department of Valuation of Sri Lanka, Acquired Continuous Professional Development (CPD) as approved by the professional body (Preference will be given for the Valuers who work as BOC Panel B Valuers)
Age limit – 68 years or below at the time of applying……….
Service Conditions…………
- The position will be on contract basis for a period of 02 years
- Required to attend Valuation review meeting which will be conduct al least once a week or as and when required by the Bank at Bank of Ceylon Head Office
- Selected Members to the Valuation Review panel are entitled to an attractive payment
