Responsibilities & Duties ; 

As the Front Office Executive , you will ; 

• Greet and welcome visitors , clients and employees 
• Manage all front office activities , including calls, reservations and guest services 
• Maintain office security by implementing safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk 
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies 
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance in the front office 

Qualifications and Skills ; 

The ideal candidate possess the following qualifications;

• Superior written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong customer service and administrative skills 
• Detail – oriented with exceptional organizational skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application 
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast – paced environment 

Experience ;

Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred
