Assistant Manager – Fixed Deposits and Savings
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Becoming a part of the deposit mobillzation arm of the company and staying consistent in achieving given deposit targets
- Managing funds of high net worth customers
- Understanding key industry trends and provide value – added solutions / suggestions to customers
- Developing and implementing a business development plan to improve deposit mobillzation , retention of deposit and managing withdrawal attrition
- Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and individual depositors
KEY REQUIREMENTS;
- Minimum of 04 years experience in fund mobillzing in the capacity of Executive and above within the banking and financial industry of Sri Lanka
- Possessing an outgoing personality with good PR , negotiation and communication skills
- Recently related bankers with fixed deposits and saving exposure are encouraged to apply ( If required , flexible working hours can be arranged )
