Responsibilities;
    • Strategic HR Partnering;
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to design , implement and optimize HR strategies that support business goals
    • Employee Engagement & Development; 
  • Champion employee development programs, enhance performance management systems and foster a high – performance culture
    • Talent Management;
  • Lead the end – to – end  recruitment process to attract top talent , oversee onboarding processes and ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organization
    • HR Operations & Compliance;
  • Manage day – to – day HR Operations including compensation , benefits , labour relations and policy implementation , ensuring compliance  with all relevant laws and regulations
    • Employee Relations;
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees , providing timely resolution to workplace issues and ensuring a positive work environment 
Qualifications & Skills;
  • Bachelor`s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with at least 01 year in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to influence and build relationships across all levels 
  • Experience with HR software and systems (HRIS) and proficiency of in MS Office 
  • In – depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
