Responsibilities;
    • IT Infrastructure & Security;
  • Design , implement , and maintain the company`s IT infrastructure , including servers ,networks and workstations 
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, including firewalls , antivirus solutions and data encryption 
  • Develop IT policies and procedures to ensure security , compliance and efficiency 
  • Monitor system performance and ensure minimal downtime
    • ERP & Software Management;
  • Oversee the implementation of an ERP system for inventory , sales , service and finance management 
  • Ensure proper training for employees on ERP and software application 
  • Troubleshoot ERP and Software – related issues and work with vendors for necessary upgrades or fixes 
    • IT Support;
  • Provide technical support to employees for hardware , software and network – related issues 
  • Manage IT asset procurement , tracking , and maintenance 
  • Develop and implement IT training programs for staff 
    • Compliance & Risk Management;
  • Ensure IT systems comply with corporate and local regulations 
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans 
  • Work with external vendors and consultants to ensure compliance with IT best practices 
Qualifications & Skills;
  • Education ; Bachelor`s degree in IT , Computer Science , or a related field 
  • Experience ; 1+ years in IT management , 5+ years in the IT sector , Experience in an automotive business would be an additional advantage 
  • Experience with ERP system (SAP B1 , IFS , or similar)
  • Knowledge in cloud computing (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) 
  • Strong understanding of IT security best practices 
  • Familiarity with networking , VPNs , firewalls , and remote access solutions 
  • Strong problem – solving and troubleshooting abilities 
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with non- technical teams 
  • Ability to work in a fast – paced startup environment and take ownership of IT operations
