Key Responsibilities;
- Oversee branch operations , ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Lead and manage branch teams to meet sales and customer service objectives
- Develop and execute strategies to drive branch growth
- Monitor branch performance and market trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications;
- 03 years of experience in branch management or a similar role
- Strong leadership , organizational , and problem- solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
