Job Description
Regional Development Bank , as the premier state – owned development bank in Sri Lanka with a network of 272 branches islandwide and with over 3000 manpower strength , invites applications from experienced professionals with relevant qualifications and exceptional leadership skills for the following post
Key Requirements;
- Professional membership of at – least one of the following
- Institute of Charted Accountants of Sri Lanka
- Institute of Charted Accountants of England and Wales
- Certificate Management Accountants UK / Sri Lanka or any other equivalent
- 08 years of experience at the Senior Management level ( equivalent to Chief Manager and above , of which at least 05 years should be at the Assistant General Manager level and above ) of which 05 years should be in a Bank / Financial institution attached to an Internal Audit division
- Excellent hands on experience with knowledge on IT based audit techniques
- Proven track record of man management and interaction at board level
- Familiarity with the banking sector Corporate Governance practices and disclosure requirements together with knowledge on IFRS practices
- Age below 56 years
Conditions of Employment;
These will be Corporate Management positions ( Equivalent to the grade of Deputy General Manager ) contracts basis for 03 years and performance will be evaluated annually
Remuneration ;
An attractive and negotiable remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the selected candidates
