A leading company in the value-added rubber sector for oversees markets is seeking an energetic and result – oriented professionals to join as,

Key Responsibilities;

• Ensure the efficient and continuous operation of a complex manufacturing plant.
• Identify & implement technologies to reduce production costs 
• Manage the production team and staff effectively 
• Liaise with senior – level stakeholders 
• Develop & implement plans to optimize the use of materials , labor and equipment to meet production targets 
• Play a proactive role in cross – functional initiatives 
• Collaborate with overseas buyers on product design 
• Oversee all operational functions 
• Drive the achievement of ambitious targets 

Candidate Profile;

• A minimum of 10 years of senior – level experience in the manufacturing sector 
• Relevant professional and / or academic qualifications from a recognized institution / university 
• Strong operations management and supervisory skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
• High energy , drive and a results – oriented mindset
