Job Description

Enliven Designers ( Pvt ) Ltd is your comprehensive web solutions provider , offering services such as Web Designing , Web Hosting , Web Development , Content Writing , SEO , Social Media Marketing and BPO Operations located in Sri Lanka. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as a Temporary Customer Support Agents.

Job Role ;
  • Carrying out day – to – day primary customer support activities 
  • Handling customer support – related back – end functions 
  • Collaborating with the shift lead 
  • Meeting customer support goals 
  • Following customer support quality standards 
  • Recording with analytical and documentations 
  • Involvement in Customer engagement on social media 
Skills & Requirements ;
  • Ability to work the night shift ( 10 pm – 6 am ) 
  • Excellent writing skills in English
  • Laptop with stable internet connection 
  • Knowledge on Zendesk / shopify / would be a plus 
  • Available to start immediately
