Job Description
We are seeking for an active , energetic & efficient Donation Officer to assist the Home Care Team;
Main Responsibilities;
Responsible for collecting all Donations for the home care services provided within the month, Maintain and update monthly, weekly and daily donation collecting plans and reports and present them at meeting as requested by Head of Home Care Services, Update and record all donations paid via online, direct deposites , physical collections and standing orders and maintain up to date daily collection , Do observational and information gathering field visits related to home care services and donation recoveries, Provide optimum courtesy , attention and concernto HelpAge Home Care Services clients at all times
Other Responsibilities;
Assist Home Care Office and operational activities as and when required and advised
Qualifications & Experiences;
- A diploma or a vocational qualification from a recognized institute related to expected job functions & minimum one / two years of experience in a recognized organization
- Experience in handling online payments and evidence based debt recovery English language literacy
- Competent in Computers , Mobile apps and phones , online work
- Ability to ride Motor Cycle and familiar with roads and locations in Western province
- Any other qualifications & experiences relevant for the post will be an added advantage
