Job Description

We are seeking Executive Chefs to lead our restaurant of productivity and quality and maintaining inventory and stock levels

Qualifications;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as an chef in a 5 star hotel 
  • Good knowledge with food safety regulations 
  • Good leadership & management & communication skills 
Responsibilities;
  • Have  creative and innovative menus as 5 star hotels . with cost control , and according to the guest preferences
  • Control food costs through best purchasing practices , portion control , with minimum waste 
  • Overlook aspects of Kitchen operations , ensuring quality , efficiency with food safety standard 
  • Keep clean , safe , and well organized kitchen environment 
  • To train and motivates kitchen staff for quality food preparation 
  • Work with the food and beverage team for best dining experience for customers 
  • Should process good leadership skills
