We are seeking Executive Chefs to lead our restaurant of productivity and quality and maintaining inventory and stock levels
Qualifications;
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an chef in a 5 star hotel
- Good knowledge with food safety regulations
- Good leadership & management & communication skills
Responsibilities;
- Have creative and innovative menus as 5 star hotels . with cost control , and according to the guest preferences
- Control food costs through best purchasing practices , portion control , with minimum waste
- Overlook aspects of Kitchen operations , ensuring quality , efficiency with food safety standard
- Keep clean , safe , and well organized kitchen environment
- To train and motivates kitchen staff for quality food preparation
- Work with the food and beverage team for best dining experience for customers
- Should process good leadership skills
