Responsibilities;
    • IT Support & Maintenance;
  • Provide technical support for hardware , software , and network – related issues 
  • Install , configure and maintain computers , printers and other IT assets 
  • Manage user accounts , access controls and IT security protocols 
  • Ensure IT systems operate smoothly with minimal downtime
    • ERP & Software Assistance;
  • Support ERP systems users with troubleshooting and basic configurations 
  • Coordinate with the JT Manager to ensure proper software integration across department 
  • Assist in training employees in IT systems and software applications 
    • Network & Cybersecurity Support;
  • Monitor and maintain the company`s PABX , network and internet connectivity 
  • Implement basic cybersecurity measures, including antivirus updates and firewall monitoring 
  • Ensure regular data backups and support disaster recovery processes
    • IT Asset Management;
  • Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software licenses 
  • Coordinate IT equipment procurement , setup and disposal 
  • Ensure timely updates and patches for all systems 
Qualifications & Skills;
  • Education ; Higher Diploma or Bachelor`s degree in IT , Computer Science , or a related field 
  • Experience ; 03 – 05  years in IT Support or related roles 
  • Familiarity with CCTV , PABX and networking
  • Experience with ERP (SAP B1 , IFS , or similar)
  • Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Strong problem – solving and troubleshooting abilities 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
  • Ability to multitask and priorities tasks effectively
