Job Description

Qualifications;
  • Prior experience in the tea industry is essential 
  • Experience in Orthodox low – grown tea manufacturing 
  • CTC manufacturing knowledge is added advantage 
  • Sound knowledge in manufacturing liquoring teas  
Duties & Responsibilities ;
  • Overseeing and being accountable for the entire manufacturing process in the factory 
  • Being responsible for NSA of the factory 
  • Dealing with staff and worker related issues 
  • Daily factory and environmental up – keeping and maintenance
