Job Description
Qualifications;
- Must have at least 05 years of previous experience in managing kitchen and junior staff ( Head Chef )
- Should be capable of creating, managing & organizing menus with a healthy, locally sourced focus
- Must be a team leader, capable of managing, training & disciplining junior staffs
- Excellent cooking skills & understanding of produce and ingredients
- Have previously held responsibility for kitchen operation and team
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Passion for working in the kitchen and food quality
- Attention to detail
