Key Responsibilities;
- Manage & execute the HR Stratergy and core areas of HR
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive work-place culture
- Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee the HR department and work with all employees within the company
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals
- Payroll handling
Requirements & Qualifications;
- Bachelor`s degree in Human resources management
- Maximum 05 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in handling HRIS
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal & leadership skills
