Develop & implement HR strategies and initials aligned with the overall company business strategy , Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands , manage employee grievances , conduct necessary disciplinary actions
Manage the recruitment and selection process , including sourcing , screening , interviewing and onboarding new employee
Oversee employee performance management process , including performance review , goal setting and development plans for staff
Develop and monitor overall HR policies , systems , tactics & procedures across the organization
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management
Nurture a positive working environment by promoting company culture , value , & employees engagement initiatives
Strong leadership & managerial skills to oversee the HR department & work with all employee within the company
Requirements ;
A bachelor`s degree in human resources management or equivalent
Holding an MBA in Human Resources Management will be an added qualification
Age should be below 50 years
Minimum 15 year`s experience , including at least 05 years in a senior management capacity in HR within a reputed organization
Relevant experience in manufacturing industry and experience in factory environment is an added advantage
Knowledge of HR system and databases
Excellent communication in both Sinhala & English languages and speaking and writing in Tamil language
Positive work attitude with result – oriented mind set
Residing in and around Colombo , Colombo suburbs and Gampaha areas are encouraged to apply
