Job Description
Royal Nursing Home (Pvt)Ltd , Was established on 2007 , in the past 17 years , with the trust and the excellent service provided to our clients both local and foreign we have developed into Sri Lanka `s pioneer & premier nursing service provider with over 1200 staff members. We provide home nursing services , nursing home facilities , industrial nursing services , an 24 hours Ambulance service and we are also importer of medical equipment;
Qualifications;
- A bachelor`s degree in human resources or labor relations or organizational development , Business or related area
- Candidates below 60 years
- Must have 10 years of experience as a HR manager in a company with over 1000 employees
- Effective verbal and written communication skills fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage)
- Salary around Rs 200,000 to 250,000 per month
Working hours Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.00pm) & Saturdays (8.00am to 2.00pm)
