Job Description
We are looking for a well experienced lawyer to handle the company`s legal transactions , partnerships and projects , The selected candidate must ensure that all operations and transactions of the company comply with applicable laws and regulations;
Responsibilities;
- Representing the company in court proceedings when necessary
- Notarial work , including commercial and other notarial contracts
- Providing effective legal advice on company affairs
- Liaise with Government Department , Regulators , BOI , ROC, NMRA etc…..
Qualifications;
- Attorney – at – law of the supreme court of Sri Lanka with a minimum of 03 years of experience
- Notary license to practice in English & Sinhala within the Colombo Judicial Division
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil language will be an advantage)
- Computer literacy
