Job Description

Our client is a leading commercial establishment with a mission to propagate high standards of care in the services sector, They are on the lookout for an energetic and experienced persons to join our team;

Ideal candidate profile should have the followings;

• Possess a Degree or equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institute 
• A minimum of 05 years of hands – on experience in a commercial settings , adept at managing business challenge , optimizing process and contributing to sustained success 
• Preferably an ex – commissioned offer ( Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent rank ) from the Sri Lankan Army , Air Force , or Navy or a Superintendent ( or higher ) from the police services , with extensive administrative experience 
• Exhibits strong leadership and excels in time management 
• Possesses strong problem – solving skills and conflict management
