We are seeking an organized and proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing team to Tendering / Utility Segment, This is an exciting  opportunities for a dynamic professional to contribute to the Development and management of cutting – edge electrical infrastructure;
Key Responsibilities; 
  • Attend to customer complaints & inquiries 
  • Promote sales by visiting customers to build rapport 
  • Lead & guide our Utility sales team
  • Organize promotional & competitive strategies 
  • Formulate accurate & timely responses to invitations to tender 
  • Interact with Sales team to develop the most appropriate solution for an identified tender requirements 
  • Coordinate with Procurement Department to ensure effective on time delivery 
  • Confirm receipt of delivered orders with customers to maintain customer satisfaction 
  • Coordinate collection of recoveries on time 
  • Ensure effective response to customer requests , problems, & requirements.
Requirements;
    • Degree in Sales / Marketing from a recognized institute 
    • 05 years experience of which 02 years at a similar level 
    • Prior sales experience  in an electrical engineering related products will be a definite advantage 
    • Should be a Sales – oriented person with excellent communication & Interpersonal skills 
    • Should be self – motivated and able to carry a sales target 
    • Strong analytical and problem – solving abilities
