Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities ;
  • Provide timely and efficient customer support 
  •  Assist customer with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues POS / Credit terminals 
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems with POS terminals 
  • Help customers with the initials setup and  configuration of POS systems and credit card terminals 
  • Guide users through software installation and updates 
  • Offer training to customer and end – users on how to use the POS system effectively 
  • Provide guidance on best practices and measures for handling credit card transaction 
Candidates must posses ;
  • GCE A/L 
  • IT knowledge will be an added advantage 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Good analytical and problem – solving skills
