Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities ;
- Provide timely and efficient customer support
- Assist customer with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues POS / Credit terminals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems with POS terminals
- Help customers with the initials setup and configuration of POS systems and credit card terminals
- Guide users through software installation and updates
- Offer training to customer and end – users on how to use the POS system effectively
- Provide guidance on best practices and measures for handling credit card transaction
Candidates must posses ;
- GCE A/L
- IT knowledge will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Good analytical and problem – solving skills
