Qualifications & Experience;

• AMI / Montessori Diploma (or equivalent early childhood qualification) is highly preferred 
• Bachelor`s Degree in Early Childhood education or a related field 
• Minimum 05 years of experience in preschool leadership or senior academic coordination 
• Strong communication , leadership and organizational skills 
• Ability to manage and inspire a large team with professionalism and care
• Fluency in English and Sihala
