Job Description

Key Responsibilities;

• Lead and mange regional sales teams to achieve targets 
• Develop and implement sales strategies 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients 
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities 
• Provide training and support to sales staff 

Qualifications;

• Bachelor`s degree or relevant qualification in Sales & Marketing 
• 05+ years of sales management experience (insurance sector preferred) 
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals 
• Strong leadership and communication skills
