Job Description

Responsibilities;

• Directing the administration mathes to its related branches
• Training and recruiting staff on permanent or temporary basis 
• Ability in functioning with consumers with interpersonal qualities and connections 
• Studying the insurance sales market and identifying new visions on this sector 
• Providing quick responsiveness and problem solving abilities to the consumers when problem arises 
• To review progress and developing the offices skill management on sales team board 

Qualifications;

• Successfully passed GCE O/L examination 
• Having a diploma in SLIM / CIM 
• Minimum 01 year of working experience 
• Should having valid driving license
