The Mercantile Cricket association is seeking a dynamic and passionate Senior coach to lead the coaching at the MCA Cricket Academy………
Job Brief…..
    As the Senior coach, your primary responsibility will be to guide the young players to not only enjoy the game of cricket but also to build character both on and off the field , To promote and attract youth….
Minimum Requirements;
  • Coaching accreditation Level 02 
  • Technical Knowledge ; A strong understanding of the rules and tactics of cricket 
  • Communication skills; The ability to engage with a range of people and groups 
  • People skills ; The ability to inspire, motivate , and serve as a role model of young players 
  • Organizational skills ; Strong organizational abilities and reliabilities
  • Team work ; A collaborative approach to working with others 
  • Empathy ; A supportive and empathetic approach to students 
  • Flexibility ; An adaptable work style 
  • Enthusiasm ; Passion , commitment , and dedication to the role 
  • Safety ; A commitment to safe guarding the welfare of students 
  • First Aid ; Emergency First Aid qualification 
Knowledge & Experience;
    • Proven coach track record 
    • Expertise in skill development and implement strategies 
    • Experience in athlete talent identification and development 
    • 1st class cricket playing experience 
    • Representation in national teams at various levels is an added advantage
