- Educational Qualifications;
- Bachelor`s degree in Quantity surveying , Engineering , Construction Management or similar built environment subject
- Master`s Degree / MBA (preferred)
- Professional Certifications;
- Certifications in Project Management , Contract administration , arbitration , Contract law , etc…..
- Membership of a Charted Institution – CIOB / RICS / AIQS / IQSSL / CIArb
- Skills;
- A proven work experience as a Manager commercial & Contracts , Strong writing and record keeping abilities , Strong IT skills and Strong communication , planning negotiation & organizing skills & Strong leadership skills
- Strong understanding of various conditions of contracts – FIDIC / Oman CoC
- Experience ;
- 10+ years of experience in Contract administration specifically in Civil , Building & Infrastructure projects
- 20 + years overall professional experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Middle East
- Language ;
- English (Fluent)
Salaries; Negotiable and will not be less than the minimum stipulated by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment
- General ; Furnished accommodation , free medical coverage both ways air ticket and family status (based on qualification and experience)
Two years renewable contract and working hours will be 08 hours per day , Food not provided
