Access International Projects is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Engineer for HVAC Engineering and sales , to join our dynamic team, If you have a passion for HVAC system , site management , and customer engagement , we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities;
- Customer Engagement ; Gather and comprehend customer requirements for new or replacement units
- Relay customer specification for principals and request cost estimates and lead times for selected units
- Site Management ; Develop and oversee the site preparation plan , ensuring process stays on track
- Installation ; Prepare work schedules and oversee the installation process of new or replacement units
- Testing and Commissioning ; Conduct testing and commissioning with foreign / local parties to ensure units functions according to specification
- Project Handover; Prepare Handover Document and facilities the handover of installed units to the customer
- Post – installation – Support ; Manage warranty services and free maintenance as per company policy
- Technical Support ; Provide technical advice in accordance with principal guidelines
- Maintain correspondence with principles to seek technical guidance related to routine and corrective maintenance
Qualification & Skills;
- A Bachelor`s degree in a related field such as mechanical engineering , construction management , or HVAC technology
- Minimum of 05 years of experience in HVAC related projects
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical engineering and electronics
- Excellent analytical , problem – solving and decision – making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High level of integrity and attention detail
