Key Responsibilities;
- Develop and execute corporate strategies that align with the organization`s goals and vision
- Conduct in depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantage
- Collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer to design and implement business models and strategic initiatives
- Evaluate financial performance , analyze trends and recommend improvements to optimize profitability
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies , ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Provide insights into market trends , regulatory changes and industry development to inform decision – making
- Drive innovation & strategic change across department while ensuring compliance with industry standards
Qualifications & Experience;
- A Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration , Finance , Economics or a related field , A Master`s degree or professional qualification (e,g ,CIMA , CFA , or MBA) will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy development , with at least 05 years in a managerial role within the insurance or financial services industry
- Proven expertise in crafting corporate strategies and delivering measurable results
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to internet complex data and make informed strategic decisions
- Excellent leadership , communication and stakeholder management skills
- A forward – thinking , analytical mindset with a strong focus on innovation and problem – solving
