Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities ;
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining Cash counting / ATM / CRM / Cash sorting and other banking products supplied by Aiken to ensure service level support is within the given time period and to minimize customer downtime 
  • Installation and re- configuring of all Hardware supplied by Aiken 
  • Experience of working in Customer service / field service will be an added advantage 
Candidate must possess;
  • NVQ level 04 or any other similar related professional qualification in Electrical , Electronics or IT 
  • Working knowledge in Windows OS / Antivirus / MS Office tools and Networking would be an added advantage 
  • Age between 20 – 35 years with a Positive attitude 
Attribute / Skills Required ;
  • Should be hard working, self motivated & result oriented team player 
  • Good technical troubleshooting skills with a structured process to analyze 
  • Ability to work under pressure and travel with effective communication

Salary will be negotiable with your qualification and experience
