Job Description

Qualifications;
  • Must have at least 05 years of previous experience in managing kitchen and junior staff ( Waiters / Waitress ) 
  • Should be capable of creating, managing & organizing menus with a healthy, locally sourced focus 
  • Must be a team leader, capable of managing, training & disciplining junior staffs 
  • Excellent cooking skills & understanding of produce and ingredients 
  • Have previously held responsibility for kitchen operation and team 
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment 
  • Passion for working in the kitchen and food quality 
  • Attention to detail
