Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank, as the premier state-owned development bank in Sri Lanka with a network of 271 branches island wide, invites applications from experienced professionals with relevant qualifications and exceptional leadership skills for the following post
What we’re looking for
1.The candidate should, a. be a Member of Institute of Chartered Corporate Secretaries of Sri Lanka (ICCSSL) or b. possess Attorney at Law, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized University
2.Possess Company Secretarial License
3.Have a minimum of three (03) years' Board Secretarial experience, with demonstrable exposure to Board-level governance and regulatory compliance. Experience in a bank or recognized financial institution is preferred.
4.be below 57 years of age
