What we’re looking for

1.A degree from a recognized university.
or
A professional qualification in banking or any other relevant field.

2.02 years at Senior Managerial level experience in a Bank.
Experience in Leasing Business in a bank or recognized financial institution is preferred.

3.Age below 57 years.
Age limit is not applicable for internal (PSB) candidates

Key Responsibilities

Providing strategic leadership for the development and expansion of the leasing business.

Enhancing the achievement of leasing disbursement, portfolio growth, income generation, and profitability targets.

Strengthening the monitoring of portfolio quality, overdue facilities, recoveries, and credit risk.

Improving operational efficiency, customer service, and the implementation of leasing-related policies and procedures.

Establishing clear accountability for the performance of the leasing function and ensuring effective coordination with relevant divisions and the branch network.

Strengthening performance monitoring, management reporting, and the implementation of corrective measures.

Service Conditions

This is an Assistant General Manager Grade Position (KMP). Selected candidate will be placed initially on probation period of one (01) year. Upon fulfilling the requirements of the probation period to the satisfaction of the Bank, candidate will be considered to confirm in the permanent cadre of the Assistant General Manager (Special Grade IV).
